I do not find the molecules or the unit I need to configure my mixture within the activity I chosed.

The mixture guide displays the molecules and units specific to your activity. Should you not find the one you need, you can go to the configurator via the button “Define my own mixture” and directly configure your mixture.

I do not find the mixture I need on the results page.

You have the possibility to add comments on a selected product after having added it to your quote. Otherwise you can go to the configurator via the box “Define my own mixture” and configure directly your mixture.

I have a particular specification (valve, stability, certification,…). How can I specify it?

You have the possibility to add comments on your request after having added a product to your quote. If you have chosen a “very close” product, please notice that additional specifications may transform it into an on-demand mixture and influence delivery times and price.

You still have anytime the possibility to go to the configurator via the button “Define my own Mixture” and specify your particular needs.

I do not receive any quotation from Air Liquide.

The request of an on-demand mixture can lead to a feasibility study that may delay the sending of the quotation. You can call our Expertise-Center and ask for a status of your request.

Is my request binding?

No, our Expertise-Center will analyse your request and send you an offer. Once you received the offer, you can place an order by confirming the offer to our Expertise-Center.

If the mixture has already been manufactured once and you would like to reorder it you can easily do so online via our customer portal myGAS. Further information on reordering gas mixtures that have already been delivered can be found here. 

I am not a German resident

Our offers and products are valid for the German market. Depending on your needs, your demand may be transferred to the Air Liquide entity of your country. You can also get directly in contact with your local Air Liquide team.

The Mixture Guide doesn’t display any prices. Prices will be given to you in our offer depending on your request.
